Business Management Trainee – Entry Level

What You’ll Do

• Participate in leadership and business training to develop management skills in nonprofit outreach and fundraising campaigns

• Coordinate community events, outreach activations, and fundraising initiatives, including logistics and staffing

• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, local venues, and nonprofit stakeholders

• Mentor and train entry-level outreach representatives in campaign best practices

• Analyze campaign metrics, donor engagement, and performance results to provide actionable insights

• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
