Customer Service Representative - Entry Level - Immediate Hire
We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our nonprofit outreach and marketing team. Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public face of the campaigns you represent, engaging supporters and helping nonprofit partners achieve meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit clients at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage the public in a professional, energetic, and approachable manner
Communicate key messages about nonprofit missions and community initiatives
Educate supporters on ways to get involved or contribute
Collaborate with your team to meet outreach goals and deliver campaign results
