As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in supporting event planning and execution, while representing and promoting our clients' brands. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event logistics, engaging with attendees, and effectively communicating brand messaging. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop skills in event marketing and brand representation within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador: Promote client messages, values, and products with enthusiasm and professionalism to event attendees.
Engage with Attendees: Interact with event participants, answer questions, and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience.
Distribute Promotional Materials: Increase brand visibility and encourage audience participation through promotional giveaways.
Event Coordination Support: Assist with pre-event preparations, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up to ensure smooth execution and successful brand engagement.
Gather Feedback: Collect attendee feedback to evaluate event success and provide insights for optimizing future events.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with event staff and brand teams to ensure seamless event operations and alignment with brand goals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic & Outgoing Personality: Passion for customer engagement and brand promotion with a natural enthusiasm for interacting with people.
