Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level

We’re seeking high-energy, enthusiastic individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment! As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll support live marketing campaigns and promotional events for some of the most recognizable brands in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and campaigns

• Represent client brands at live events, pop-ups, and trade shows

• Engage with customers to answer questions, offer samples, and explain promotions

• Help with event setup, breakdown, and display coordination

• Track attendee engagement and assist with post-event reporting

• Work with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth event execution

• Maintain a professional and friendly presence while representing the brand
