What You’ll Do
Complete paid training in event operations, marketing, and client management
Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and build strong relationships
Assist with customer account setup and management
Collaborate with management to set, track, and achieve team and individual goals
Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction
Mentor new team members and develop leadership skills
Support overall event execution to create memorable brand experiences
Who You Are
Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
