What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with shoppers and retail visitors to promote nonprofit causes and encourage on-the-spot donations

• Support event setup, visual displays, and campaign logistics to ensure smooth operations

• Deliver a positive, informative customer experience while representing national and local nonprofit partners

• Learn how to train and mentor new hires as part of your leadership development path

• Monitor campaign results and provide insights to optimize future performance

• Maintain organized records of donations, outreach efforts, and engagement stats
