🎯 About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to coordinate and execute engaging public events. You’ll gain valuable experience in marketing, branding, customer engagement, and campaign execution—with a clear path toward promotion into Event Management roles.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing live events, pop-up activations, and community outreach campaigns

• Represent nonprofit clients professionally, purposefully, and enthusiastically

• Deliver excellent customer service while educating the public about social causes

• Maintain client relationships and help boost donor engagement and satisfaction

• Track event performance metrics and recommend improvements for outreach effectiveness

• Participate in training focused on communication, leadership, and brand strategy

• Support event logistics, materials setup, and on-site coordination

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields preferred

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

• Coachable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow

• Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and community engagement

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
